Significantly
improved amplifier performance has been made possible by:
- Increasing the transconductance of screened commercially
available transistors,
- Combining the improved transconductance with negative
feedback and traveling wave concepts,
- The selection of low pass network topology.
The above concepts are incorporated into a single
ULTRA CHASSIS*
common to all B&Z amplifiers. This often makes
it possible for customers to likewise offer components of
many different capabilities, all available in the customer's
standardized housing.
The combined use of discrete transistors, miniature size
lumped elements, and air line technology, enables B&Z
amplifiers to withstand repeated cycling between liquid nitrogen
and 100 degree Celsius temperatures without mechanical or
electrical performance degradation. This cycling capability
does much to validate the superior design and reliability
of our products.
All the above features of B&Z amplifiers also make it
possible for us to quickly modify any of our designs, at a
reasonable cost; to meet our customers exact specifications.
We are enthusiastic about our products, and look forward to
the prospect of designing amplifiers for your systems.
